Agreement of Terms
By placing an order with Piggy Paint LLC, you hereby understand and agree to abide by the policies set forth by this agreement. These terms are subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for any reason.
Approval of a wholesale account is subject to verification of the information included in the wholesale application.
You may place your wholesale order through our online shopping cart. Once your wholesale status has been approved, you will be able to login and view wholesale pricing discounts. You must be logged in to an approved wholesale account in order to view these prices. Items that do not have discounted prices are not available for wholesale purchase.
Unless terms are granted, payment for wholesale orders is due in full upon placement of order. We currently accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex) and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount upon ordering.
$150 minimum opening order. No minimum per item. Minimum re-order is $50.
Wholesale orders are typically shipped within 3 business days from the order date. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
All products are FOB Springdale, AR. Shipping will be arranged by Piggy Paint unless Retailer requests otherwise at the time of order. Orders are shipped via FedEx.
For Resale Only
All products are to be purchased for resale only. Your wholesale account is not to be used by anyone other than you or an approved representative of your company. Wholesale products are not for gift giving or personal use. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be violating this agreement.
Piggy Paint would like every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. Since Piggy Paint is a cosmetic product, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges unless the product is faulty. In this very rare case, then we are happy to refund or exchange the Product. Please call or email us to report the defect and we will arrange a credit or exchange. Credits or exchanges will be entirely at the discretion of Piggy Paint.
Piggy Paint must be notified of any discrepancies with orders, within 48 hours of delivery.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We know that your privacy is important and valuable. We will never share any information with a third party without your prior written permission. We will add your email address to our newsletter distribution list.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Piggy Paint within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please download and fill out the return form, fill it out, and include it in the returned package.
Exceptions to this policy are:
- Items not returned within thirty days
- Items that have obvious signs of use
- Items not returned in the condition they were received
Email [email protected] if you receive items that are defective or damaged to obtain a return label. If an item is defective or damaged during shipping we will require an order number (located at the top right of packing list), photo of damaged item, or actual returned product in order to issue refund or exchange. You may exchange defective items or items damaged during shipment within 60 days of purchase date.
Refunds are processed after we receive your return. You should expect the refund process to take up to four weeks. This includes the time it takes for us to receive your return from the shipper.
Piggy Paint and SOPHi nail polish bottles are made from glass and can break when dropped. Please have adult supervision when using these products. Piggy Paint is not liable for product that is broken during use.
